Botanical Garden Oberhain 

Goal

The (botanical) landscape garden Oberhain has almost 8000 m2 and is maintained by the owner. Since 50+ different plant species "live" here, technical help is indispensable.

Seamless monitoring of all plants on the site to make the best use of existing irrigation - sustainability in energy and water consumption.

Approach

72 sensors were installed on the site and the data collected and visualized with FLORJA. Irrigation schedules and notifications optimize irrigation/maintenance.

Result

The Oberhain (botanical) landscape garden is monitored in real time with 70+ sensors. Both irrigation and fertilization are controlled intelligently or on demand with the data. Since the garden is managed by only one person, the dashboard and reports are especially important.
